Our raw cow and kangaroo hide is hand picked to ensure consistent thickness throughout. Coined "the 29 step prep" the ARN treatment process includes baking in the natural rays of the sun and tailoring ingredients specifically for the batch region.

Our double and triple stitched high impact zones are layered with a stretch aramid fiber for longevity. We also stitched an outer layer of rubberized para-aramid to mitigate seam tear. We utilize leather where it matters most and stretch fabric where comfort is crucial. A balance that was developed over the course of 5 years.

Women aren't forgotten, you're our main priority. Panels specifically designed to hug your natural curves without compromising safety or comfort. We know there's a difference, so we engineered it different.

Evo R. Three layers. No shortcuts.

Layer 01 — Outer

1.4mm

Full-grain cowhide

The outer hide. Selected for tensile strength and abrasion resistance. This is the layer the asphalt meets first.

Layer 02 — Bonded

0.9mm

Secondary leather

A second finished hide bonded to the first. Doubles the protection at impact zones without doubling the weight.

Layer 03 — Inner

0.6mm

High-tensile aramid weave

High-tensile aramid fiber liner against the skin. The last line before flesh — and the strongest gram-for-gram fabric in the world.
